At Wiss Law Firm, our Long Island & New York City personal injury attorneys understand that, after suffering a personal injury, people need counsel that will be able to help them secure the resources they need to begin their path to recovery. Those who have suffered a personal injury require the advocacy of an attorney who can help them make sense of how to move forward, protect their rights and create real results.

The attorneys of our firm bring together over 100 years of combined experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death. We know how critical it can be for injury victims to be able to have access to medical and financial resources in a timely fashion. We work diligently and efficiently to ensure that our clients receive the maximum compensation for their injuries.

Part of our ability to create success for our clients lies in the fact that many of our attorneys have previous experience defending insurance companies from the very sort of claims we take on today. Having that level of insight allows us to create strategies that are designed to help our clients secure the compensation they need and deserve as they work to recover from their injuries.

Jeremy D. Wiss, Esq., is an associate attorney with Wiss Law Firm. Inspired by his father, Scott L Wiss, Esq., Jeremy knew he would pursue a career in law from a young age. Mr. Wiss obtained his first professional role as a law clerk with Wiss Law Firm. He began his studies and earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Political Science from Quinnipiac University, graduating in only three years.
